Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our Residential Conveyancing department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our fee earners.

About the Role
As a Senior Administrative Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of our department. Your duties will include general administration, photocopying, managing post, filing, and ensuring confidentiality of documents.

Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to residential conveyancing fee earners
* Managing post, filing, and maintaining confidentiality of documents
* Assisting with general administration, including photocopying and preparing correspondence

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience as a Legal Receptionist, Receptionist, Legal Secretary, or in a similar role
* Excellent IT and communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
