Job Description

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Meetings Coordinator to join our client's team in the pharmaceutical industry. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, events, and logistics to support business objectives.

Salary: £14,000 - £18,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Main Responsibilities
  1. Plan and coordinate meetings and events with internal and external stakeholders
  2. Provide administrative support for marketing teams, including data entry and document management
  3. Ensure accurate and efficient execution of operational plans
  4. Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
Desirable Skills
  • Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2)
  • Experience working with software applications such as Veeva Promomats and Mercury
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulations
