- Provide general administration assistance ranging from producing detailed reports, shared mailbox and meeting coordination.
- Review academic partnership contracts to interpret and collate data
- Produce detailed reports and tables based on the individual contract clauses and how they impact the partnerships and organisation.
- Helping to manage diaries, minute taking and dealing with internal and external queries.
- Ensure an effective service delivery by developing relationships with colleagues across business.

**Experience**:

- Strong administration experience is vital.
- Experience of reviewing contracts and legal documents.
- Comfortable producing detailed documents including reports and tables as well as general MS Office knowledge.
