Teaching Assistant for Students with Complex Needs

TLP Education is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will assist with the implementation of individual education and behaviour plans, carrying out work in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.
This is an opportunity to work with students with complex learning difficulties and make a positive impact on their education.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with special educational needs and be able to provide support with daily living tasks.
We are offering a competitive salary of £100 to £115 per day, depending on experience.
About the SchoolThe school is based in Aylesbury and provides education to children from the ages of 11-19.
The school caters to 108 pupils and is easily accessible via public transport.
We offer on-site parking for car drivers and a supportive environment for our staff.
