Teaching Assistant Lead

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at Stocklake Park Community School. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with students with complex needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality education and care.
You will be responsible for assisting teaching staff in implementing work programmes, developing individual education and personal care plans, and providing support with personal hygiene needs and medication administration.
We offer a comprehensive salary package, including a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for career progression within the Vale Federation of Schools. This is a permanent position, working 37 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Assist teaching staff in implementing work programmes, developing individual education and personal care plans, and providing support with personal hygiene needs and medication administration
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure seamless delivery of education and care services
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders
