Education Support Lead

**Job Summary:** Aylesbury is recruiting an Education Support Lead to join our team. As a key member of staff, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Leading Teaching and Learning: Plan and deliver whole-class lessons during the teacher's absence, following agreed plans.
- Student Progress: Identify areas of concern and provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress.
- Curriculum Support: Assist teachers in preparing learning materials and resources.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Education: Level 3 or higher teaching assistant qualification (HLTA Status) or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA is highly desirable.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the primary or secondary curriculum, knowledge of SEN support, and effective teaching strategies.
**Estimated Salary:** Approximately £31,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
