**Job Description: SEN Teaching Assistant

Supporting Students with Complex Needs

TLTP Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with complex learning difficulties in our specialist school located in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

This is a full-time temporary to permanent role offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and be part of a supportive and inclusive team.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in delivering the curriculum and implementing individual education plans tailored to meet the needs of our pupils.
  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils with complex learning difficulties, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Support the implementation of behaviour plans to ensure pupil safety and well-being, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
**Requirements and Skills:
  • SEN experience and a passion for working with students with complex needs, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

**Salary:** £22,500 - £28,000 per annum (pro rata) or approximately £100.00 - £115.00 per day based on 37.5 hours a week.
