About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced teacher to take on the role of Lead Classroom Teacher at our special school. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a class of students with moderate to severe learning difficulties, developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, and coordinating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Your duties will include creating and implementing personalized learning programs, monitoring student progress, and providing regular feedback to parents and carers. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for this role, as you will work closely with other staff members to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

To succeed in this position, you should possess a strong understanding of current educational frameworks, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students with special educational needs.
