Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN teacher or primary teacher to join our team. As an Academic SEN Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the specific needs of our students
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, making adjustments to your teaching approaches as needed
  • Contribute to the development of the school's SEN policy, ensuring it remains aligned with current legislation and best practices

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a QTS Teacher or equivalent qualification, a genuine enthusiasm for SEN education, and excellent communication skills. Experience working with pupils who have additional needs is essential.

Salary:£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
