About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Integration Account Manager to strengthen our client relationships and ensure the smooth delivery of our digital solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Growth, Product, and Operational teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales activity and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client interactions and align our digital solutions with their business objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in line with contracted specifications and client requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our product offerings through direct client feedback
