Position Overview:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will engage in a consultative approach to account management, focusing on nurturing and expanding a diverse portfolio of client accounts. This role is integral to our award-winning B2B Wellbeing Solution, where you will be based in a vibrant office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
  • Oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular virtual meetings and presentations to maintain strong client relationships and promote our services.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and pricing, while ensuring compliance with internal performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional service levels, maintaining accurate records in our client management system.
  • Support the implementation of new client projects, ensuring seamless integration of our services.
  • Engage in proactive relationship management to achieve retention targets and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Identify and promote additional services, aiming for a target of generating new business opportunities.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Delivering consultancy services and training to enhance client engagement.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and supporting internal teams.
  • Tracking client interactions and providing regular updates on account status.
