Job Overview

Redimeer is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and expanding relationships with existing clients, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a designated client portfolio, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue within existing accounts, leveraging industry trends and market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives, collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge, ensuring Redimeer remains a leader in the telecoms and IT managed services market.
  • Utilize CRM software to effectively manage client information and sales pipeline, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development and account management within the telecoms or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of the telecoms and IT managed services market, including industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on results-oriented sales growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, with a strong desire to leverage technology to drive sales success.
