**Job Overview**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

**About the Role**

Your responsibilities will include supporting residents with their daily needs, such as personal care, medication, and meal times. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing team.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for delivering excellent care and support. You should have previous experience of caring for older people, either in a residential or community setting. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
