Bedlington, Northumberland, United Kingdom Barchester Healthcare Full time

As a Bank Care Specialist with Barchester Healthcare, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius.

With a strong background in elderly care, you'll need a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry. A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care is beneficial, as is a C or above in GCSE English and Maths.

You'll work closely with our team to provide person-centred care planning and record important observations. As a dedicated and compassionate individual, your passion for people means you'll go above and beyond to support the wellbeing of residents.

A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, flexibility, and plenty of free learning and development opportunities make this role an attractive choice. You'll receive mileage reimbursement when travelling over five miles from your main home.

This is a Bank position, so your hours and days will vary. However, you'll be part of an organisation that prioritises quality care and provides opportunities for growth and development.
