About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll oversee the different needs of our residents to deliver high-quality care and support. You'll work alongside the Deputy General Manager to supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants. In addition, you'll provide support to the clinical team in specific areas like medication management, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
About You
To join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We're looking for individuals with knowledge of clinical care for the elderly who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support. Your dedication will be rewarded with opportunities for career growth through ongoing training and development.
Estimated Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
