We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and well-being are respected at all times.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You should be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
Your Responsibilities- SUPERVISE AND INSPIRE A TEAM OF DEDICATED CARE ASSISTANTS ALONGSIDE THE DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER.
- SUPPORT THE CLINICAL TEAM IN SPECIFIC AREAS, SUCH AS MEDICATION, ASSESSMENTS, CARE PLANS OR CARE REVIEWS.
