About the Role

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you'll lead and supervise our Carers and Senior Carers, ensuring they deliver high-quality care to our residents. You'll also have some clinical responsibilities, including recording observations and carrying out simple wound dressing procedures.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need senior-level care experience, having supervised others and developed a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for older adults. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is essential, plus a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
