Care Assistant and Senior Care Professional

As a seasoned care professional at a leading care home, you will oversee the diverse needs of our residents to deliver exceptional, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve mentoring and guiding a team of dedicated care assistants alongside the deputy general manager. You can also expect to collaborate with the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, or reviews.
For this position, you should possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge of elderly clinical care.
