A challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Night Care Assistant to join our dedicated care team at Crooton. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents while supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants.

As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you can expect to:
- Support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, and care reviews
- Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to ensure the delivery of exceptional care
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents
