Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Team Leader to join our team at Crooton Ltd. As a key member of our care home staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional person-centred care and support to our residents.

The successful candidate will have senior-level care experience, with a proven track record of leading and supervising others. You will also possess a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that individual care plans are followed to the letter, and that each resident receives high-quality one-to-one time. You will also be involved in some clinical responsibilities, including recording observations and carrying out simple wound dressing procedures.

Requirements:

  • Senior-level care experience
  • Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
  • Willingness to undertake assessor qualification
