Residential Team Lead Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of carers to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care and support.
Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of carers
- Develop and implement individual care plans
- Ensure that residents receive high-quality care and support
This role requires senior-level care experience, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team of carers. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is also required. You will also have the opportunity to work with a range of benefits, including holiday and retail discounts, profit share scheme, and unlimited access to Refer a Friend bonus scheme.
Salary:The salary for this role is estimated at £45,000-£55,000 per year.
