Residential Team Supervisor Position Details

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Team Supervisor to join our care home team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising Carers and Senior Carers, ensuring that each resident receives high-quality care and attention. You will work closely with the team to implement individual care plans and provide engaging activities for residents.

**Job Description:**
  • Supervise Carers and Senior Carers to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external partners.
  • Participate in staff training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.


**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a care setting.
  • Demonstrable leadership and management skills.
  • Knowledge of adult care policies, regulations, and standards.
  • Able to maintain accurate records and reports as required.


**Salary and Benefits Package:**
  • A competitive annual salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.
  • A generous holiday entitlement.
