We are looking for an exceptional Care Team Supervisor to join our team in Bedlington. As a leader, you will be responsible for the support of Service Users who have Autism, mental health problems, learning disabilities, and behavior that may challenge.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role within our team. Your primary responsibilities will include contributing to the development and implementation of care plans and leading the team in workforce development through induction and supervision.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the learning disability sector and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, pro rata, and a range of benefits, including:
