Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Team Lead Specialist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. The successful candidate will have a strong background in senior-level care experience, including supervising others and developing a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for older adults.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification. We also require a caring approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire trust in others.
