Senior Care Practitioner

**Role Summary**
Barchester Healthcare is seeking a skilled Senior Care Practitioner to join our team at one of our residential care homes. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, leading and supervising our Carers and Senior Carers, and ensuring that individual care plans are followed to the letter.
The successful candidate will have senior-level care experience, a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for the older person, and a willingness to undertake an assessor qualification. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to inspire trust in others.
