About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Manager to lead our team of Carers and Senior Carers in providing exceptional care and support to our elderly residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise Carers and Senior Carers with support from a Registered Nurse or Care Practitioner.
  • Ensure individual care plans are followed to achieve the highest standards.
  • Provide quality one-to-one time for each resident.
  • Model a safe, reassuring, and happy environment for residents and their families.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Senior-level care experience.
  • The ability to supervise others and develop clinical care skills for older people.
  • A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is necessary, along with a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.
  • Strong communication skills and a caring approach.
