About the Role

You will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, as well as supporting the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a high level of compassion, empathy, and understanding.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You should be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support. Many of our Senior Carer Assistants progress into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles.
