**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at Crooton Care Home. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

**Responsibilities**

Your duties will include:

  • Supporting residents with their daily needs, such as personal care, medication, and meal times
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing team
  • Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for delivering excellent care and support. You should have previous experience of caring for older people, either in a residential or community setting. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
