Job Summary

Barchester Healthcare is looking for a skilled Care Home Activities Specialist to lead our activities programme and ensure our residents have access to a wide range of engaging and enjoyable activities.

This role requires strong organisational skills, creativity and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, residents and families to deliver a tailored activities programme. The successful candidate will also be responsible for updating our social media platforms and showcasing our home to the local community.

We offer a competitive salary, circa £24,500 per annum, plus a range of benefits including free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, retail discounts and savings, and employee recognition schemes.
