Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Residential Team Leader. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in care and leadership, with experience in managing a team and making decisions that benefit the care of our residents. You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • To manage and motivate a team of carers to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
  • To ensure that all aspects of resident care are delivered to a high standard, including personal care, medication management, and activities.
  • To identify and address any issues or concerns raised by residents or staff members.
  • To work closely with other members of the care home team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and make decisions quickly.
  • A strong understanding of care principles and practices.
