We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Care Worker - Bank Hours to join our team at Crooton Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will be required to work bank hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays. You will also be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of care assistants, ensuring that residents' needs are met through effective communication and collaboration.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.98, plus a £500 welcome bonus. Our location in Ashington provides a great work-life balance, with easy access to local amenities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Health and Social Care, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent care and support to vulnerable adults.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, while maintaining a strong sense of independence.
