Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and report any concerns or issues to management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a care setting, preferably with older adults.
  • An understanding of the principles of care and the ability to apply them in practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
