We are seeking a Resident Experience Manager to join our team. This challenging role involves developing and implementing engaging activities for our residents, working closely with colleagues to create a stimulating environment, and supporting residents in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activities for residents, including arts, crafts, games, and outings.
  • Work closely with colleagues to create a stimulating environment that meets the needs of our residents.
  • Support residents in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life, through regular meetings and reviews.

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and ability to use software applications relevant to the role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and residents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.

Compensation and Benefits
