About the Role
\As a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
\You'll work in a dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. Your role will be to provide support and companionship to our residents, assisting them with daily living activities such as food and drink preparation.
\We're looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and has excellent communication skills. If you have experience caring for older people, a can-do attitude, and a passion for delivering high-quality care, we'd love to hear from you.
\In return, you'll receive a competitive rate of pay £24,000 - £28,000 per year, plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package, including free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, and unlimited referrals.
\Key Responsibilities
\- Assist residents with their daily needs, including food and drink preparation
- Follow care plans to ensure individualised support
- Provide one-to-one time with residents to build meaningful relationships
