Care Manager

Barchester Healthcare seeks a highly skilled Care Manager to lead and supervise Carers and Senior Carers at our care home. As a Residential Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being of our residents through stimulating and fulfilling activities. You will be responsible for implementing individual care plans and providing quality one-to-one time.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Recording observations accurately and thoroughly.
- Carrying out simple wound dressing procedures safely and effectively.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of senior-level care experience.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to motivate and direct team members.
- An excellent understanding of clinical care principles for older adults.
- Possession of a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is essential.
- A willingness to undertake an assessor qualification is also required.
