About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker in a SEND school located in Hemel Hempstead. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff and other support workers to provide individualized support to students with complex needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices, as well as excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Criminology, or related field

What We Offer:
Academics Ltd offers a competitive salary range of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.
