Learning Support Assistant

- Key Responsibilities:
Provide focused 1:1 and small-group support to students with ASC, assisting with tailored learning and social engagement strategies, promoting active and effective participation in classroom activities.
Support the development of student independence, communication skills, and positive behavioral strategies, working collaboratively with classroom teachers and SEN staff.
"Teaching Personnel" is seeking a dedicated and skilled Learning Support Assistant (LSA) with expertise in Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) to support students in a well-established Independent School catering to students with complex Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
