About the Role:

Academics Ltd is a leading provider of educational services, dedicated to delivering high-quality support to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to fill the position of SEN Support Worker - Psychology Graduate.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide individualized support and education to students, promoting their academic, social, and emotional well-being. A key aspect of this role is developing key and personal skills that can benefit students in and out of school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEMH needs in a classroom setting
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure student progress

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology or related field (preferable)
  • Experience working with children with SEN and SEMH needs (ideal)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
