Support Worker for Children with Complex Needs

Are you passionate about supporting children with complex needs? We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our pupils.
As a Support Worker, you will work with pupils who require additional support due to their profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), providing 1:1 or small group support to help them engage with tailored learning activities.
You will also assist with personal care routines, including feeding, toileting, and mobility, ensuring pupils' dignity and well-being at all times.
Our team works closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and care plans, supporting the physical, social, and emotional development of pupils.
To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience working with children or adults with PMLD, SEN, or complex needs, as well as the willingness to assist with personal care and medical needs.
Responsibilities:- Providing support to pupils with PMLD

- Supporting the physical, social, and emotional development of pupils
- Fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Estimated Salary: £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
