About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of our new aparthotel's facilities. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that all facilities jobs and work orders are carried out efficiently, including repair and upkeep to maintain a high standard of safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of technicians, coordinating with external contractors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Facilities plan for the new property, incorporating sustainability initiatives as directed by the company.
  • Witness the testing, commissioning, and handover of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and security systems.
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Facilities staff, ensuring they are prepared for opening and ongoing operations.
  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with Health and Safety obligations and Duty of Care, maintaining routine checks and SLAs.
  • Maintain compliance with BSA 2022 and conditions of the Fire Risk assessment at all times.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in High End Residential Property Management or hotels/aparthotels.
  • Good understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and related legislation.
  • Experience in budget management, financial reporting, and cost control review of expenditure and accounts.
  • Willingness to undertake further training as required.
  • Ability to form positive relationships with residents, staff, contractors, and employees.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed.
