Roving Facilities Manager Opportunity in Hampshire
Anderselite is currently seeking a skilled Roving Facilities Manager to join their team. This permanent opportunity involves overseeing the management of several properties throughout the Southern region.
The role will involve a mix of duties completed from home or office and on-site work across various property types, including office, retail, and industrial buildings.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring the delivery of safe, customer-focused environments that comply with legal requirements.
- Maintaining and growing working relationships with stakeholders.
- Coordinating and completing property inspections.
- Ensuring compliance with risk management practices.
- Conducting health and safety risk assessments.
- Managing suppliers and contractors.
- Sustaining property management and reporting on routine tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in multi-site commercial property management, knowledge of service charge budgets, and hold an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to manage a diverse range of mixed-use facilities and properties. The successful candidate can expect a salary around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
