As a Maintenance Technician at Old Oak Properties, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and safety of our properties. We are seeking an individual with strong technical skills and experience working with building systems, home maintenance, or trade work. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine daily compliance and building maintenance checklists, responding to facility emergencies, and collaborating with our team to accomplish tasks. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in this position, as you will need to effectively communicate with colleagues and residents to resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with after-hours coverage on a rotational basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related field, including 2 years of experience in property management or maintenance. A competitive salary of $65,000 per year is offered, along with a range of benefits, including company events, dental care, employee assistance program, life insurance, on-site parking, paid time off, and more.
