We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Liaison to support one of our esteemed clients full time at Three Six Zero.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a comparable role in the entertainment or music industry and be located in East London (preferred). This role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, lifestyle, and concierge services to the client and members of the management team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate personal, social, and professional appointments using advanced calendar management techniques.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining credibility, confidentiality, and trust with business contacts, external parties, and household staff members.
  • Coordinate international teams across multiple time zones, ensuring effective communication and timely project execution.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, and dissemination of notes/action points, guaranteeing clear understanding and successful outcomes.
  • Provide strategic support for the client's business ventures, fostering growth and development.
  • Plan and execute complex travel itineraries, including commercial/private flights, ground transportation, hotels, and other arrangements.
  • Serve as liaison between the glam/styling teams, facilitating smooth coordination and execution.
  • Manage and track both personal and business expenses, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and compliance.
  • Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with external contractors as needed.
  • Run miscellaneous errands for the household and client, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Book and plan holiday travel for the client, taking into account their preferences and requirements.
Compensation:
  • $100,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience
