About the Job

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Personal and Administrative Liaison. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of Sussex's most prestigious schools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the calendars of our COO and CPO, administering bursary and scholarship applications, and handling confidential information related to operational and HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries for the COO and CPO.
  • Administer bursary and scholarship applications.
  • Manage Trust insurance policies.
  • Exercise discretion when handling sensitive matters.
