LRA Search is looking for an Administrative Liaison Manager to provide exceptional support to our Founder. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced EA to work closely with the Founder and their organisation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting at C-suite level, with a background in the arts, ideally within a gallery or auction house. They will be articulate and client facing, with high emotional intelligence, excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills, as well as experience on an operational and strategic level. They will also possess excellent organisational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities will include managing a very busy schedule, including overall responsibility for diary management and organizing complex international trips and itineraries. They will also line manage the admin team, involve in events organisation and liaise with the Founder's private EA to ensure cohesion between personal and professional commitments. Additionally, they will act as an extension and representative of the Founder across the business and externally with clients.

Salary range: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.

Location: Central London (office based).
