This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Personal Assistant or experienced school administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support to the Headteacher. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and courteous reception for all school visitors, while also providing personal, administrative, and organisational support to the Headteacher.

The ideal candidate will possess a 2:1 degree or above, first-rate IT skills in all MS Office applications, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in a dynamic and challenging administrative environment is essential, as is the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

As an Administrative Support Liaison for Senior Management, you will be responsible for undertaking typing and IT tasks required to produce correspondence and confidential documents, attending confidential staff meetings, and taking minutes. You will also be required to meet and greet all visitors, ensuring they are welcomed in a polite, friendly, and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Headteacher
  • Ensuring a welcoming and courteous reception for all school visitors
  • Providing personal, administrative, and organisational support to the Headteacher
  • Undertaking typing and IT tasks required to produce correspondence and confidential documents
  • Attending confidential staff meetings and taking minutes
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors, ensuring they are welcomed in a polite, friendly, and efficient manner

In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000, per annum, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team.
