CMT Learning - Euro Sports Camps - Sports Tours Europe is seeking an Employment Liaison Specialist to support our Recruitment Team in ensuring temporary summer staff are fully compliant, trained, and ready to join our programme.

This role will be based in our Central London Office, working full-time (37 hours per week) for a 4-6 month contract (March – August).

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As an Employment Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking the status of staff in the recruitment process, providing regular updates to the Head of People Operations, and supporting the Recruitment & Training Executive with the recruitment process where needed.

You will also be responsible for managing and updating the staff database, overseeing the onboarding process for all temporary staff, and assisting in the planning, preparation, and communication for assessment days.

In addition to these tasks, you will work with the Operations Executive to coordinate staff kit requirements and undertake any additional tasks required.

We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and possess excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy when working under pressure. You should also have good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and an understanding of database management systems.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, personable, and professional communicator, with a positive character, and be willing to learn and integrate themselves into the company culture.
