We are seeking a Student Liaison Specialist to join our team at Warrington & Vale Royal College. As a part-time Specialist, you will deliver high-quality support services to current and prospective learners.

About the Job

This role involves delivering proactive support services, responding to learner needs from school liaison to applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and experience working in a sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support services to learners
  • Respond to learner needs from school liaison to applications
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English
  • NVQ Level 3 in Advice and Guidance or equivalent
  • A proven track record of providing excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will also have experience working in a sales environment and be able to work flexibly as needed.
