About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Employer Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing regional sector plans aligned with our national employer engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage regional sector plans in collaboration with our national employer engagement team.
  • Source and share market insight/feedback from key employer partners to inform our plans and support labour market analysis.
  • Identify, engage, and manage key employer relationships within sectors and regions to become our recruitment partner of choice.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

Requirements:
  • Experience in recruitment and account management/business development.
  • Significant experience of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of labour markets and recruitment trends.
