About the Role:

We are seeking a Strategic Client Liaison to join our team at Blue Legal in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and internal teams to drive business growth and increase the lifetime value of client accounts.

  • Work closely with client relationship managers and cross-practice teams to develop individual client plans and identify areas of opportunity within each client account.">
  • Support the development of marketing materials and activities to fulfil client requirements.">
  • Coordinate key dates for contract review meetings and gather internal and external reports.">
  • Develop effective working relationships between clients and internal teams to drive growth and increase the lifetime value of client accounts.">

The ideal candidate will have experience working within a legal/professional services firm and previous experience working in a Client or Business Development position. Strong planning and organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to use initiative, be proactive and be self-sufficient are essential.
